Using legal tech for better law firm-client relationships

Here are some of my sketchnotes from last Thursday’s Emerging Legal Tech Forum in NYC, at Thomson Reuters. These notes are from the talk by James Yoon, a partner at Wilson Sonsini & a patent litigator. It’s his observations about how technology can complement litigators’ work, and improve corporate clients’ understanding of what the litigators are doing, how they’re staffing and spending time on matters, and how they can together assess risk and best strategies for legal representation.
