From Idea to Implementation: a design note

After a conversation with a legal colleague who’s working on a new software project to simplify how courts and lawyers communicate, I was inspired to sketch out some thoughts on what an idea-person should be thinking about, to take their idea on a path that would lead to successful implementation. How do you get other people to get excited about your idea, enough that they’ll support you in building it, and actually use it once it’s built?

I just discovered this site and loving the visualizations. At Lawcus (http://lawcus.com) we are working on similar lines by allowing lawyers to visualize there matters with kanban boards. If you have a chance, I’d love it if you’d take a look at our case management software. Thanks!
